We often shy away from using alternative teaching methods when working in adult education for fear of sounding juvenile. However, I ask you to think back to the last conference you were at. Did you appreciate the long lecture-style presentations or did you remember the presentations that used interactive activities, songs and/or games? We've been to dozens of conferences and find that while lecture style presentations are often informative, the presentations that get attendees talking are the ones that have the post variety and activity.

Whether it's an amazing moisturizer that lasts handwash after handwash or a book full of sing-songy memorization tools, we love things that make our lives (and our future nurses' education) better.
In addition to the Universities and Colleges who use EHR Tutor, we've spoken to a lot of Health Occupations programs that are part of secondary school programs lately. To help standardize CTE standards across the country, we've heard quite a few schools mention national Health Care standards when discussing the creation/revision of their curriculum. Hopefully, the document below will help those schools quickly integrate a system like EHR Tutor while outlining the standards your program fulfills (feel free to use our verbiage, we know you don't have nearly enough time to rewrite all these points into your course descriptions!).
