If you're doing a lesson plan and need a sample patient scenario for the classroom, we found a great resource from University of Virginia Medical School. You can find 6 different patients along with common concerns and problems with those patients.
If you have an Academic EHR system, like
EHR Tutor, you can use these scenarios when having students chart in your system. For example, have you students fill out an admission or assessment chart based on on of the sample patients. Then have them record a narrative nursing note or Care Plan for that patient.
