We recently did a demo with a school that is planning to use EHR Tutor for use with remediation classes and although we've never though of that -- it's a great idea!

The most trusted professionals happen to be Nurses

According to a Gallup poll done in 2014, the most trusted professionals in the US happen to be Nurses. 80% of respondents surveyed said that the level of honesty/ethics found in nurses was high or very high. That's compared to 65% of respondents who rated doctors as having high or very high levels of honesty.

While we love the Nursing programs and Nurse Educator's using our EHR System, we'd like to remind everyone out there that the medical/healthcare field involves more than just Doctors and Nurses. If you're a student, stay at home mom or just a regular old Joe looking for a new career, we've found some great careers that can be started after as little as 2 months of training!
One of our sales people recently did a tour of a defunct West Virginia prison and came back with some interesting insight into the medical care that existed between 1876 and 1995, especially the role of nurses at the facility.

We recently did a webinar on using outside resources within your EHR system. If you're a customer of EHR Tutor, feel free to check out the Resource Library to watch the recording, but if you're not, we're posting some very basic ideas below:
After we did some maintenance on our website Sunday morning, customers will notice a new look in some places of EHR Tutor, especially on the Courses page which lists activities for students. More importantly, the software has been upgraded to allow us to more easily add useful new features, like the ones listed on our most recent newsletter.
